George brings over 30 years of experience to the RSCS team as a seasoned restauranteur, specializing in concept development -- focusing on quality, functionality, and attainable vision of product, whether restaurant or retail.
BACKGROUND
Majdalani Consulting
Founded in 2019, George launched Majdalani Consulting to provide Food & Beverage (F&B) consultation services to both corporate and independent restauranters in the DFW-Metroplex. Broadening his expertise in business development and build out, George has also assisted Pecan Tree Pediatrics in on-site selection, lease negotiation, and general construction oversight for four medical clinics since its inception in 2009.

George assisted in the concept and development launch of both Escondido and Ramble Room of Dallas.

George served as managing Partner/Owner at Stephen Pyles Management, and Stephen Pyles Concepts. Establishments include:

Specializing in restaurant and retail construction, Bill brings to the RSCS team over 35 years of renovation experience in the commercial-construction world.
BACKGROUND
Bill began his construction journey in stone and marble, opening his original business in the early 90s. Upon years working with high profile designers and architects within the commercial industry, he eventually expanded to broader corners, completing numerous build-out projects of all genres across the Dallas/Metroplex. With decades of front-line experience and a passion for the industry, Bill ensures each project with RSCS is executed with meticulous detail, on-budget and on-time, while upholding the happiness and satisfaction of every RSCS client.

Bill is a father of four, currently introducing the exciting, fast-paced world of construction to his two eldest sons.
